Pipped early and wrong end

Hi have a duck egg pipped 3.5 days early and at the small end . Went to put them in lock down and 2 of the 30 pipped 1 through the membrane and wrong end but is moving the whole egg for the last 4 hours other didn't get through the membrane and is still I'm not opening the Hatcher because of the other eggs should I worry

What ever happened? This just happened with my duck day 25 pipped and it’s at wrong end. 32 hrs later with very little progress
