Pipped egg

One of my eggs has been pipped for 24 hrs now and not progressing is there anything I can do to help it

Can you post a pic?
As long as you hear peeping, and the membrane looks ok (white, grey-ish white) it should be fine. If the membrane starts turning tan/brown, then it might be time to assist.
