Have another chick that pipped yesterday and hasn’t made much progress. I helped one that zipped today and was sticky so I think this one might be also. Before and after pictures last one is from a couple minutes ago. Going to not mess with it tonight and check in the morning. Thanks for the help

Do not help your chicks.
I repeat...
DO NOT!
They MUST absorb the yolk and if it takes 24 hours, it takes 24 hours. Don't peel off the shell or try to help the chick, it can be incredibly damaging.

Wait 24 hours, if it is still alive after that then you should help it! I have done this before and I saved chicks lives. Hope you have success.

The location of the pip indicates that the chick is malpositioned. It may be too big to get into proper position. Be sure the chick can breathe. If it has not hatched by morning, then it would be appropriate to assist. How long ago did that chick pip? How many hours? Has it made no progress at all? If it's been 24 hours, you might want to assess and perhaps do an assist tonight. Is it chirping? has it been chirping? Have the sounds been getting frantic, or weaker? All of these details will help you to know when or if you should assist.

The bottom egg pictured looks more like it got pecked from outside the egg. I'd wait on that one. The top egg pictured pip hole looks erratic. It's bigger than it should be, and not going in a line? Might well be fine but if it's been like that 24 hours I'd try to assist.

I just got up and checked on the egg and the hole is bigger but still no where near hatching

Get some coffee if that's your thing. Have the coffee first. Drop in a moist paper towel to increase humidity while you sip. Then, start assisting, s..l..o..w..l..y...
