Definitely your temps. Your babies are still a couple of days from ready to hatch. That visible fluid will be gone before they internally pip.

I think my thermometers are part of the problem. I have two in there now and they are 3 degrees apart.
My human babies came late, so I guess these babies are doing the same! I see the eggs moving once in a while now.
I'll just leave them for 2 more days and check again.

Here's a pic of my ridiculous thermometers and I'm just averaging the humidity between the two. There's no condensation so I know it's definitely not 77%.
One says it's 102 and the other 100.2.

Try putting them (or one) out in the middle, between eggs, and away from the wall. Mine always read different against the wall, but mine is fan circulated, so I dont know if it will matter. Also being so close to the sponge could make the humidity read higher. Just some possibilities.
