Pipping Egg But No Chick

This egg of mine has started to zip early this morning and it hasn't moved since. Should I intervene and see if I can assist it if it's still alive? One chick hatched but this one hasn't.

I generally will pick a small hole in the egg if it's pipped. If you see blood than it's not ready to come out. If no blood I keep picking to see if I can assist.

Is it cheeping or rocking? If you aren't hearing or seeing anything, give the egg a little tap and see if it responds. If it has externally pipped and is zipping process it is getting air and I would just give it more time. If it hasn't made any progress in 24 hrs I would then assist. The longer it stays in the egg the better.
