Pipping - how long does that part of the hatching last?

as of right now all 3 of the eggs are pipped!!!!! all is quiet in there right now and I only saw a teeny bit of wiggling from one of the eggs. I have a feeling I will be walking back and forth from my neighbors house to mine with the baby to check on these new ones all day long HAHA

OMG I am so doing the happy dance now!!!! One of the eggs has completely hatched and there in its place is a happy healthy very active little chick!!!!!!!! I cant wait for the others to catch up and break out of them shells!!!!!!

I LOVE living so close to where I am working. Me and the human baby got back to my house just in time to watch the last of the eggs hatch out. It is such a wonderful thing to watch them come out of those eggs.

I think it is time to set a few more eggs LOL

Congrats!!...

I also am sitting on my hands , trying not to help my one little chick trying to get out!!!...

I had a hen hatch out 3 chicks and left this one behind!!! I picked up the egg and it said "Save me!!!" .... I don't have an incubator but have kind of rigged one up .. and I came down this morning and there's a little crack in the shell and is really peeping to me!!!

Patience.... patience!!!

So, I'm glad to hear someone else is pacing back and forth along with me!!

Did your baby hatch out Midwest??? I was off line for a few days as we were having router issues of wich none was on our end of the line. Post photos of your babies!!!!
