Pipping on the small end? Help

I think I have read this is not really good, is there anything I should do or just keep and eye on it, I just checked on it 10 minutes ago and my egg has pipped at the wrong end, I had him in egg carton thing small side down til 2 days ago then put on lockdown laying on its side and this is what I got. Help

Just keep an eye out Ive had mine pip on the wrong end to , I had to help them though because they were starting to get tired. But sometimes they hatch without any problems. Keep breathing though

yeah no worries I just had one of my delaware chicks pip at the wrong end lol (must be something in the water) lol and it just hatched just fine.
