Ok... got a glass of wine... no m&m's but found some giardelli chocolates... sitting by the bator... sip, munch, "peep", sip, munch, "peep"...

You poor girl! Take a breather...raise the humidity and make sure the brooder is ready! lol (trying to keep your mind off things) It is normal to have a couple hatch early...

Not really. You can end up with very sticky chicks if your humidity is too high. Too high is just as bad - if not worse - than too low.

I know exactly how you feel, I went through that during my first hatch. Pip looks like it is in the perfect place and about 12-20 hours after they pip they should start to zip. I always find that if they take any longer then 24 hours to hatch after pipping ( I know some say they do take longer) that it usually ends in bad news. Hang in there and hope for the best

My duck did that. I went to candle the morning of the 25 day and it was pipped! I freaked out and ran it up to the hatcher. Ah LG hatcher too! It hatched fine.

Just hang in there....it'll be ok!
