This is a Dark Brahma Bantam chick. I purchased it and the other eggs (Dark Brahma and Silkies) currently in my hatcher from BYC'r Majestic Farm.

Isn't it am*a*zing how hard they work to get themselves out?!
 
It's funny that the longest amount of time you usually wait is between that first pip and when they start to zip. I managed to catch the pip and walked away for hours. When I went back in, it was just starting to zip. So I sat down and within 30-40 minutes, it had hatched. So yeah, I guess I was there a little while.

Yesterday was my first hatch and I missed the first two chicks hatching but I was there from start to finish with the 3rd. It went just the way your pics are.

The 3rd was the most special for me because I had actually dropped this egg and almost threw it away when I first got it out of the shipping box. But then I remembered that I had read that I could put some unscented candle wax on it and it may hatch.

Well it did!!!

All 3 babies are doing wonderfully!
