Pipping!!

I just checked my incubator and one pipped

!! They were supposed to hatch Monday but one hatched early

!!!! I candled a few days ago and all the eggs have a big black spot that my light can't see through. There is a bunch of veins too. I hope they all hatch!!

These eggs are actually for my uncle so they are just rhode island reds. I have 4 that pipped but I don't hear any chirping or cheeping! Is this bad??
