Hey how's your flock?

Good. I spent a few hours cleaning and reorganising the coop. I added a shelf, which means the top nest box is clear, so I added a roost on it!
I removed the floor box and added newspaper under the ladder.

Raven and Elsa are pretty similar. They're both grumpy meanies to other chickens, but are sweeties to humans. Does Elsa chase?

Ugh. Alerts.

Yessss, she does the running start fake out.. or jumps straight up w her hackle feathers poofing.. or actually attacking.

I monitored her for 5 hours (i know, ridiculous ) and she is pretty much just doing a quick chase.. looking very aggravated, then going back to the coop to sit in solitary confinement

I have everyone out and together today though, going to try to keep it going all day today. We have rain coming, so the more exercise the better before they are cooped up.

Raven never attacks like that. She pecks hard, but no attacking like that.
Well, she has been attacking Ginger like that recently, he tries with her and pecks her when she's busy being broody so she attacks him

What's the litter you have in the upper area and on the floor?

Looks awesome btw and your birdies are gorgeous

My little bantam Cochin does that! It’s hilarious to me I just give her a little swat away and she chases me for about 5-10 minutes and goes right back to being a suck up with my roo

There's still hay in the top box (no one's ever been/pooped up there before so it's always had the same hay). The floor bedding is hemp!

Yes!! Elsa is a bantam cochin also!! She is gorgeous, but i won't get another cochin the territorial behavior is too much for me.
