Actually I did a lot of exercises and they did nothing (maybe I had bad form...cuz I'm not skinny so I can't tell what's a muscle and what's a protruding blob so I never know if I'm doing it right) so I'm doing keto. I have lost 6lbs (2.721554 kilos) and I haven't been doing it for very long.

Bad form actually increases calorie expenditures... but food is key. Heart disease runs in my family (although i am clear of any signs of it.. ) so keto is a no go for me.. But..... i lost 25 lbs a couple years back on weightwatchers.. and am back on it now, down 7 lbs, but i eat any foods i want. Had spaghetti for breakfast 😋 covid lockdown was my undoing.. ate all my emergency snacks first 😆
 
You can out eat your exercise with 1 cookie! I know plenty of fluffy runners!
I used to live in one of those neighborhood things, people used to jog all the time. It was so funny to watch them day after day running...still jiggling.

No I felt deep down and finally found those, my abs hide behind an F and an L.
