I was bitten by a spider.
The bite was fine and I was told to “take it easy” but then I “over did it” by clearing a section of our woods. I have now been banned to the bed.

My sister makes complicated bracelets out of coulourful thread... You could learn how to do that. It will take up a good amout of time
