PIPS!!!!! Help!

I have a pip at the bottom of an egg. With3 3 others on top or the side of the egg
Do I need to turn it over!,!?!?!?!?

I'm sorry, but I am confused. What does turned over mean? Can you give us a picture to make it more clear?

I'd leave it alone, usually bothering them after pip does more harm than good. About half the time or more that I've had that happen, the eggs hatch fine. The times they do not after I open it I find a disabled or very weak chick. I wouldn't help them, just wait it out imo
