Okay, I've gone through a bunch of the project 365 threads to follow along and I just can't help it! I want to play, too!!
Since I'm currently in college, I know beyond a doubt I will not be able to keep up with a daily picture for the entire year, specifically while class is in session. So I decided to try a little modification on the idea: a once weekly post with at least one picture from over the previous week. I will try to check in every weekend this year, even if it's just for a few minutes to upload a picture and a little blurb about it before vanishing for another week. However, there's definitely no guarantee I'll get every single weekend, especially come the fall as I'll be going into clinic and things will be a lot busier for me then.
So, without any further ado, here's my past week in pictures! Of course, the first picture I took this year was of my beloved cat, Casper
A vibrant sunset over the chicken yard and woods a couple nights ago:
I made soap around Christmas and finally got it cut this week
The peachy one is peach-scented and the blue one is a kind of citrusy scent. I meant to make that one a more vibrant blue, but I was experimenting with my recipe a bit and it set up way faster than anticipated, so it didn't get enough of a dose of the colorant before I needed to get it poured. 
Last picture for this week is my silly chickens eating snow this morning because the water dish was just too far away for them to walk to for a drink
