Pit bull - Am staff - behavior

I have a friend with a pittie female and she is a serious couch potatoe...this is her second of this breed(the first was a male) and she would like to know if this is typical...they have both loved to burrow behind her on the couch and veg out for hours while she is watching TV. Obviously she is on her second because they have been the love of her life!

I'd say its pretty typical behavior for a happy pitty or Amstaff. I would love it if my GSD were a little more couch potato-ish LOL

It is, they are just born couch tator's. . .my DD had one that slept on his back in bed with a pillow and a blankie just like a human. We loved that dog, and he was shot by another man for not fighting. Sad day in our lives, let me tell you. . .never did get over that.

We had a pit mix and the couch was her favorite place to be! She would grumble whenever you made her move LOL!

Yep. They'll do anything to be as close to their owners as they can.

Our Pitbulls aren't allowed up on the couch unless we okay it, but they try so many hilarious yet lame attempts to slowly crawl into our laps, then up onto the couch.
