This is Lucky, we rescued her the day she was to be put down. somebody (can't use the words I think to describe them here) allowed this to happen to her. She was scared, hurt, been chained up and ignored for who knows how long

These days she is this. Happy, playful, loyal and her legs are made of springs. :) You can still see the scar in this picture

Ugh. I miss my girl, Ripley. SWEETEST thing ever!

Honestly, finding another one would NOT be hard. I don't think anyone in this town hates pitbulls - they're being sold on CL for $600, but they sell. Pitbull mixes that don't even look bully - they sell. I don't even see them in the shelters all that often. For how popular they are, the amount of them in the shelter is pretty reasonable. Obviously the people selling them for $600 Just want to make a buck, but they do sell, and people love them. Lol.

when i have puppies i sell them for 300-400 but i stay right next to them for the first several weeks, i don't leave the house i even "sleep" next to them. we save a little money giving them shots ourselves but you have to buy some of that in bulk to get a good price and a lot of people that want a certificate of health so than you have to add extra vet visits, fix hernias, and feeding them for several weeks sometimes months before we find a home.

my last litter of puppies was 10 . i had a solid blue boy i sold for 600 and the rest for 300. One of them fell and got a collapsed lung and had to stay in the emergency vets office for two days and when all was said and done i didn't make any money . things come up and 600 isn't unreasonable . now when they have those $2000 "razors edge" "gotti" dogs thats just a rip off and most of them are not even pit bulls they are american bullys technically and i wouldn't waste my money on one of those.

i so want a french bulldog for my pack , but most of them have to be artificially inseminated and lots don't give natural birth so i guess $2000 is almost reasonable . they are only worth as much as a person is willing to pay i guess. even from the frenchie rescue they are $500 plus application fees.

I'm pretty sure my next dog will be another pity though, an old one from a no kill so it can at least live and die free and comfortably.

last litter playing at 6 weeks and 6 days

He was the only white one in the litter and the largest! We named him Monster because he is100+lbs ! The light tan one (or Champaign color) is CoupeDevile he is our oldest at 5 years..got him at 4 weeks.
The little brownish/red one is Sevile, she is Coupe's daughter and is 4 years.
The white and brown one is Monster of course! He is Seviles son and is 2 years old..
Then the other darker drown one is HomeSlice, he is Seviles son and Monsters brother. He is also 2.
We've always wanted a all black pittie and want to call him/her fleetwood..but its extreamly hard to find a full blood pit thats all black!

well too bad your all the way in new york my last litter had a true solid black with white socks on the front feet and a small white patch on his stomach he ended up being a monster too. My oldest pit is going to be 8 (omg i just released she's getting old and gray) she will probably never breed again she is called seal blue but looks black. if you're ever searching for them online lots of times they are for sale as seal blue and not black. the difference is a black dog is true black in the sun and a seal blue dog is not truly black they can have tinges of different colors, usually blue or brown, mine has a brown tinge its really nice looking when she's outside . she gets hot a lot faster than her daughters that black attracts so much heat

Do you have pics of him?
Coupe is a red/blue reverse brindle, he has beautiful blue lines threw his coat when the sun hits him. We traveled to NC to get him...his father was the largest pit bull I had ever seen, had a massive head!
We only breed to keep Coupes bloodlines. Our female Sevile had one litter and then we got her spayed. The pregnancy was really hard on her..she had 16 pups ( all survived) so she was very stressed. She couldnt go through that again.
We would like to breed Coupe again, but cant find a female around here that has a good bloodline and health background. We always get offers to breed him..but im not letting just anyone usey dog for stud.

both of these dogs were in my last litter the black one is graycin, and the blue is remus. I'm so happy they went to the same home, they weigh about 85 pounds a piece, when they aren't being fatties.
