What Dog Breed Do You Want Today!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

At the moment, the kind of dog I want most is a clean one. My Newfie-mix moose is a dirtball. Actually, he almost qualifies as "grungy." I have company coming tomorrow and it's too cold to give him a proper bath without a full blow-out. I don't have the extra four hours to spare! Anybody wanna trade for the day?

I have wanted a Newfie for a long time, than I groomed one and decided they weren't for me. Saint Bernard too. Most of my dogs are smooth coated now because I'm lazier now.

I have no expectations when I go looking, although I'm a sucker for hard-to-place pets. That's why I have a cat abandoned when a neighbor was evicted, two formal feral (aka crazy-wild adults to start, but now lovebug) cats and a classic "Big Black Dog" from the pound. My next dog will also be from the pound. I don't really care about breed, age or gender. I plan to just walk in, explain my yard and pets, and say "Bring me someone who needs me."

Echo is Newfie/Border Collie and likely a touch of some sort of shepherd ... but mostly Newfie. He's a hundred pound Yorkie (in his eyes, anyway) who sheds like a bear!
