I don't think that these birds "might" have problems I am pretty sure they will have problems there arnt very many health 600 pound people in the world who can walk without pain. Just stating my opinion.

These birds all receive vet care and my vet knows he can tell me when they are in pain and it can not be managed. And in that case I would let them go. I love my vet for the fact he doesn't sugarcoat anything to me.
Just because they may have problems in the future doesn't mean they can not live happy lives til that happens. They run and play in the yard, jump in and out of the coop and come running witht he rest when we come out to see them.
Remember some dog breeds are predisositioned (and other animals) to have certain health problems but it still does not change they have the right to a happy life

Bob and Himmler are fine, they are outside with the other three and the rest of the flock. Thanks for asking.
