You should get your tracking number the day they ship them out. Fair warning, USPS tracking info doesn't often update promptly.

I've had 3 different orders from them totaling to over 50 chicks/keets. Only ever lost 1 and that was 2-3 days after they arrived. I think that one just had internal issues that weren't apparent until later.

Ordered last Tuesday 5/7/19. Got my invoice the 10th, with a ship date of the 13th. Should be here Wednesday, I'm hoping!

Had to contact their customer service twice (cause I'm a little neurotic) and they were totally amazing. If the chicks live up to my buying exp so far, I'll be one pleased mama.
