Plank Challenge anyone????

You know, not doing anything different - but I have a lot less lower back pain nowadays. Like I said, except for the plank stuff, nothing different...

I don't know if you feel this or it's just me, but when I am doing the regular plank (not side or revers) I can feel the release of pressure specifically on my lower back, even to the extent of feeing some of the bones "popping" into place.
 
Roaches? I've heard that they need the warm temps to breed, but have heard nothing about being able to survive colder temps...one would think so - being roaches and all.

No, they are tropical roaches, absolutely cannot survive cold temps, much below 60 and they die. I keep a red light w/ a thermostat that turns it on and off
 
Day 14

Plank l2 90 sec

Side plank l1 20 sec lt side and 20 sec rt side

reverse plank 60 sec

Had to go back to the l1 on the side plank tonight, balance was horrible, to tired.
Day 15

Plank l2 90 sec

Side plank l1 20 sec lt side and 30 sec rt side

reverse plank 60 sec


This was yesterdays numbers, Gary shut the computer off before I posted my numbers.
 
I have some exciting news (I think anyway) my employer is initiating a new program (experimental right now) to increase the health and fitness of the employees. They are partnering w/ a couple of gyms and personal trainers, to pay for our gym membership and personal trainer. They are commited to this first quarter of the year. If we sign up for it and go at least 20 times through the quarter they will pay 100% of the fees. We pay through payroll deduct for 1/2 now then at the end of the quarter will get out portion returned as long as we went the minimum. I am going to participate, hoping for miracles in this first 3 months!!!!!!! lol lol lol

Reverse: 65 sec

Back popped a little on a side - was distracted - fell over pretty easily!
Day 20:
Front 40 sec
L 25 sec
R 15 sec
R 72 sec

Did a bunch of situps earlier today - and could feel it in lower abs in front plank. Strange as I normally am not sore until the next day. Apparently this is the same suite of muscles for both the plank and the situps.
