I'm sorry I have almost abandoned you. I need to get guilted back into this too. I have been all side tracked w/ quilting lately. I am still working out w/ the trainer 2 times a week. I seem to get out of the swing of it when I'm at work (really hard to do in work clothes and no real privacy.)

Glad that your knee does not hurt to walk on, I guess that it is not load bearing, Hope its sensitivity gets better though!
