Front plank 50 sec
R side 27 sec
L side 20 sec

Better to keep these together, I think...
Day 3

Front plank 25 sec shoulder beginning to hurt blah!
R side 40 sec
L side 30 sec

You go Shelbydog! My cat (the kitten that cant stop playing) thought it was cool to hide under me on the first side ... that was motivation to stay up!

Yay, my dogs think it is play time too when I'm at their level.

For the side - which side? Soon you will be wanting to move up a level....maybe?

Both sides, don't know about the moving up, still rely heavily on that knee!!!!! lol lol
