Didn't add any time tonight. But tomorrow is my first day w/ the exercise trainer.

No improvement over day four, but I'm not giving up.

The ambulance did not leave w/ lights and sirens so whatever was going on wasn't immediately life threatening.

Day Five

PL2 - 60 sec
SPL - 50 sec
SPR - 50 sec
RP - 45 sec

No improvement over day four, but I'm not giving up.

Some days I've not only not improved but gone backwards, keep at it you'll get there.
 
Just got home from my first work out, hope to be able to do the plank challenge tonight, but right now am having a hard time just holding my water bottle.
