I was not able to do it yesterday, and last night I think I was beaten or run over in my sleep, but I'm hoping the soreness will work out by tonight. He told my we would keep it "easy and light" since it was my first work out!!! It doesn't feel that way from my perspective!!!

Edited to correct side plank level. Discovered I inexplicably switched to Level 2 side planks!

Day 5 (back on the wagon after a couple of days forgetting to do them!)

Airplane with one leg horizontal to floor (don't know what level that is!) 10 sec, Cannot balance.

It happens at first, the forgetting.

If you do it close to a wall and put one finger on the wall it helps w/ the balance w/o cheating on the weight bearing. And will get you balanced long enough for your body to learn better balance.

DAY THIRTY (plus - two of four eggs hatched today - yellowish naked necks - guess my barred rock roo is NOT the sire) Got one silkie pipped and one egg with so far nothing. With my track record, that is pretty good!

I walked a mile up hill (treadmill) and was abused by the trainer today. I have been off the wagon too, and need to get back on.
