Plank Challenge anyone????

Day 48
Didn't time them, but did them. Also did little mini leg raises during the airplanes. Supposed to help firm the butt. Almost seemed to make the balancing easier, but that is counterintuitive....so who knows....

Back after a short break. Did the annual physical fitness test over the weekend and am getting 'unsore' from it.
Did all plank positions, did not time, but I think I did pretty well - except for the reverse - kind of whoosed out on it as far as holding it for any length goes.
