Planning a solid coop and run for winter in Minnesota

Good ventilation makes insulation moot.
I find insulation makes a difference even with lots of ventilation, IF, the wind is not blowing through the coop, and there is lots of wind blowing around outside the coop.

On a still day, in freezing cold, there probably isn't much difference between insulated and uninsulated. (Because yes, if there is a big difference, there must not be much ventilation)
