Pleaae help with splinting a ducklings foot.

Hi,this little duckling took ages to hatch and has come out with one foot pointed at the wrong angle. He's a day old so I want to correct this while he's still got young bones. I'm not sure how to go about moving his ankle to the right position? I've made shoes for a grown duck before but not sure how to change the position of the foot. Any help would be so appreciated, I've tried googling this but to no success. Thanks in advance.
