Please advise on best method of incubation for pheasants

If you have an old computer lying around canabalize the fan out of it. If not you can buy them from radio shack or ebay reasonably. Install it in the inside of the bator directly under 1 of your vent holes--- install it so its sucking air in and not blowing air out. It just bolts right thru the lid. wire it so it runs when the heater element kicks on.
