It's a girl, and a Columbian Wyandotte, as she gets older she should clean/clear up in the white areas and be less speckled

That does make sense if she is a Columbian Wyandotte, since she was gray like they are as chicks. That is why I was unsure about the other breeds suggested, because they are yellow as chicks. I can't wait to see what she looks like full grown!

Personally I think someone mixed their silver laced and columbians. . . . Because that's no pure Columbian, even a really poor quality one wouldn't have spangling and partial lacing like that.
