PLEASE change Photobucket accounts to "PRIVATE"

I did try and break in to your photbucket account with your link to the picture, I am happy to report I wasn't able to. Whenever I altered the link it brought me to a Guest login window, with the message that this is a private account. In order to see anymore of your pictures I would have to know the name of the picture.

this does nothing as if you post it, someone could simply right click save upload it to their photobucket.

Does anyone else use Picasa? I like it a lot better than Photobucket, and you can directly upload from the program on your desktop. i think that the privacy options are about the same, but i'll have to look. it's slightly lower traffic than P.B.

THANKX, I just changed mine to private, I had MYSpace, private, but never thought of photobucket.My jaw dropped at the number of views.

Jeaucamom, yes, if you post a photo it can be saved by anyone. Go to a photo at random, right click on it, and try to save it to your computer....you should be able to. After that you can do as you wish with it.

As for altering them, that can be done in any photo program.

I went and checked mine, and it was set as private. I don't remember doing it, but I must have; I've had the account a few years. Thanks for the heads up!

I love flickr for the very reason that I can choose which photos I want to be public or private, or only view by friends/and or family. I think it's worth the $20 a year.
