Two-legs unloaded stalls, and started setting up on SkyHerd. Once all of the stalls were together, they starting putting leads on the horses.

(On Skyherd horses?)

Yes.

Using the scent of blood as her guide, Gemma found her mother's wounds and began licking them gently, determined to do something to help. "I don't want to eat," she said, her voice weak but resolved. "Not while everyone is hurt."

Layla nudged her head away, "I told you I'm fine, and please eat!" She pleaded.

Gemma hesitated, pawing the ground nervously. She wanted to obey her mother with all her might, but she couldn't, not now, not while she heard the moans of pain. "I could try, mommy," she started slowly, "But I can't eat any more than you can right now." She resumed cleaning her mother's wounds.

She simply nodded to him and moved over to Sprite, grimacing at the taste of blood as she placed the sheets of moss. Seeing that she would need much more, Yang bolted away to find more moss.

Sprite spasmed and kicked out, then fell into an even deeper level of unconsciousness.

Yang returned with wet moss. "Sprite, don't give out on me now..." she whispered, draping a strip of soaking moss across the mare's face in an attempt to revive her.

The two-legs grabbed them all, and put them in a small stall.

"Gemma! RUN!!" She screamed as the two-legs walked up. Sadly, it was too late, and they put them in a stall.
