Please, does anyone know what this is?

I have a chick that looked like that 3 weeks ago, here she is now at 4 weeks old. maybe someone will know what breed she is. The only thing I know is she should be a brown egg layer. hope it helps.

I did notice that your baby doesn't have black in her beak like mine does. Maybe they aren't the same breed.. Sorry........
