on march 14 my little black silkie was killed by my neighbors dog
I found her egg buried in the nest box
money is no object
is there any way or anywhere that I can ship this egg to make it keep its fertility
i dont know if cloning it is the right word
I am being serious
I will do what ever it takes to get it to hatch
again money is no object here

Since it's over 2 months old, the odds of it hatching are slim to none. Sorry.

If you just found it recently there probably isnt much chance but if not buy a incubator or have a broody sit on it. Also if you keep it in the fridge that works to. I have 9 from the fridge do next weekend.

I am sorry about your girl but that is way too long to hope that it is viable. You are talking beyond the time required for her to lay a clutch and incubate them...the liklihood of the egg being viable is now literally a million to one. I am so sorry.
