Definitely a hen. I have a really bossy hen - she even mounts the ladies like a rooster, although she stopped doing that when a REAL rooster moved in.

Well...I think you guys are magic. Yesterday (a couple days after posting this) I got 4 eggs (from 4 chickens). I think it's official...all 4 hens laying now!
