boy, boy, girl, could go either way. It's a little early to tell on the ones that are sort of in-between. I have one that I'm still not 100% sure of and it's almost 8 weeks old, same breed.

With Ameraucanas and most pea combed breeds, if the comb is broad and raised up like an island, more of less, with the three ridges showing distinctly, you have a cockerel. With the pullets, the center ridge may be the only one raised with the rest of the comb rather flat still. Some are sort of in between and some cockerels take a little while to develop any pink in their combs, but here are two pics of mine as babies that show the very obvious differences at four weeks old:
