Please Help....3 Year Old White Layer Duck is Sick and Has a Lump on her wing joint

My duck is sick and weak. She won't eat. When I approach her she hisses at me. We found a lump on her wing joint. It was warm to the touch. I have been administering antibiotics twice a day for the last 4 days and no change. Yesterday I force fed her a mixture of yogurt & honey, but only a few tablespoons. She is drinking a little. I put her water in a bowl with the ounces marked so I could see how much she is actually consuming. (approximately 16 oz overnight) Her poop is clear with just a little green in it.

I don't know if I am doing what is right. I need help. There no vet near me. The closest one is 2 hours away and across state lines. We are in a stay at home order and are advised not to go into other states. Please someone offer up some guidance and advice.

Do you have antiseptic and anti inflammatory medicine?

Unfortunately, my duck died this morning. I am sad that I couldn't help her.
