Her eyes and nose seem fine, she is just spittling a lot and sitting in one place with her eyes closed

I even gave her some warm ginger drink and some vitamin.
You really need to ask a vet, if you want to make sure.

I would try to clean out her beak with a bulb/ear syringe or QTips, and get the airway open. You cannot see or swab out gapeworms in the throat, contrary to some advice online. They usually are only seen inside the trachea after death. Gapeworm is a rarer worm in chickens, usually in tropical regions. But SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer 1/4 ml per pound daily for 5 days can be used to treat gapeworms. You can diagnose gapeworms with a fecal float where the eggs could be seen. I got her to eat a blueberry, I guess that is an improvement... What chicken can resist a blueberry, right? I figured the liquid in it would be better than nothing since I can't get her to drink

She still follows me when I call her so at least she is not completely lethargic.. But when I'm sitting still she sits in one spot with her eyes closed..

She likes to jump at herself in the mirror a lot, is it possible she could have hit it too hard and tweaked her neck?

I just got a really clear look nice and far down her throat while she let me hold her beak open and pointing up with a flashlight over it, and I didn't see a thing! No growths, no sores, no food, no hair.. Nothing!
