I have duck eggs in the incubator. This is their 8th day. I candles yesterday and noticed growth on one side of the eggs. I thought my automatic turner was working but now I don't think so. Eight of the nine eggs I have in their are viable. Any suggestions on what I should do? Is it too late to turn by hand? This is in school and I don't want deformed birds.

Your turner should be working. Is it plugged in? Making obvious rotations? Hand turning is much more difficult.
Yes, the incubator is on and the turner is turning but the eggs don't seem to be moving. We have moved eggs around and took the one egg out. If I start hand turning the eggs, will they be alright or should I start over with less eggs? I have hatched the same amount of eggs in this incubator before with no problems.

You should be fine. It's normal for them to start off on one side. Incubate more eggs and check. The eggs should be shifting back and forth, rocking with the turner

What kind of incubator are you using?
You can see the turner moving but the eggs are not turning?
The Magicfly Digital Incubator. I have had great success on all of the hatches I have done in it. The turner is turning. Some eggs are only showing veins half way and some are three quarters. I took one egg out because of a dead embryo.
