Please help! Baby chicken wont hatch

So since I woke up the baby chicken pipped the egg . But it hasnt made any progress. I hear it chirping too and see it moving from the little hole. Should I be worried? What should I do?

oh and chickens take FOREVER to hatch it seems. Ducks and guineas seem to have so much more energy after hatching quickly,
