Please Help! Bumblefoot!!

I've heard a lot of people dont wrap, they just wash and reapply salve often. Does it have to be wrapped? Also how long will this have to be repeated 3xs a day?
I wrapped it as well as I could but unfortunately it's difficult to get it to stay. It really just depends on how bad it is, you would have to keep monitoring.

everyone is giving good advice good luck but I have always had success getting whatever is left in out so there are awesome videos on youtube for chickens that also could help with ducks

I rewrapped two but the last one is just so fiesty the it was impossible to hold him down to wrap another time

Yeah, it does help to have another person hold them while you wrap. Sometimes I can do it by myself with one of the calmer hens, but I often end up calling my husband in at some point to help :p
Best of luck! I hope they all start feeling better soon! <3

There was someone holding him lol! He was wrapped in a towel but he was biting the towel and her arms and kicking his feet. I got worried that he was gonna ingest some of the threads of the towel because his little teeth were literally tearing it!

Apparently after another check over I have 2 ducks with bumblefoot and 2 geese with scratches on the bottoms. I put soft grass on the bottom of the whole pen and I will soak then spray with microcyn. How do I wrap their feet though?
Okay, so it sounds weird, but don't bother with any medical tape. Use masking tape. When I was treating my duck for Bumblefoot, that was the only thing that would keep the bandage on. Make sure the tape is going in all directions (meaning don't just layer it like it's stripes). I like to put a strip of tape between each toe and squeeze the tape together once it's off the foot to create a "tab" and prevent the bandage from riding up the foot.

So when im looking at their feet, the soles are very swollen but I don't actually see a scab, their poor feet just look scratched up pretty badly. The only ones with swollen soles though are the ducks. The geese just have scrapes on their toes. Is it definitley bumblefoot from the pictures? Ive never experienced it before. I know besides the soles of the ducks' feet, all the cuts have light orange scabs
