Please help. Chicken acting sick

All they had was water booster. Like electrolytes. I made some up for her and used the dropper. They had zero antibiotics for chickens! I'm still very upset about that because I would have tried anything. The few vets I tried don't see chickens and now everything is closed and will most likely be closed on a Sunday. I have her inside now. She pooped a few times and it's yellow liquid with black stands of poop. Sorry about the description! I did see a dot of red too.

Okay there is an antibiotic 4 cattle that you can try. Tractor Supply Company sells it it's also called oxytetracycline. it's an injection. If you decide to try that get back on here and I will tell you how to give it. @casportpony

I think they are closed now but I can go tomorrow if she makes it. I have her inside and give her water every 30 min. She is very alert now I think because it's a new space. Would it better better to put her in the coop for the night to sleep so she isn't so stressed?

done with the bath. I checked her inside again. The egg im feeling seems off the the left some. Not directly straight in. Hopefully that's normal. She's resting now inside. In an hour I'm going to put her in the coop by herself so she can have a chance to sit in the nesting box. If no egg, I guess I will do another bath.
Anything on the left is probably the gizzard, not an egg. An egg will be in the center.

Yeah, that's probably all they will have. Almost all chicken antibiotics need a prescription now.

Probably should have looks at a chicken diagram first. Whoops! It sure is deceiving feeling. Guess I'm kinda back at square one :( I know it's not bubble foot. I did check for that.

So I'm left with a very sleepy chicken who isn't eating or drinking.

Soooo still is still alive. I'm
Not exactly sure how because last night I though she was a goner. I started doing the dropper the morning with water and decided to try one of her favorite snacks, oats. She ate them!! The only thing I've done differently is I gave her some essential oil last night. I typically would never do that internally but she was fading so fast. I did dilute one drop very thin and give her one little diluted drop an hour. Maybe it's just luck that she is eating but I was so happy to see it. Still have a pastel running yellow poop with thicker black poop
