Please help Chicken has worms!

Woah too works they cause anemia for sure
If she's Mine I'll adminstrate albendazole which can treat roundworms and all eggs too
It does not treat eggs too. You have to reworm them all in with in 10 days so that the eggs that hatched don't get to laying egg stage.

I gave her Tylan because she was doing the gasping thing.
Probably cause she’s so overloaded poor girl was struggling to live.
I placed her inside and this morning saw the surprise! Geeze I feel like a bad mom. I give the wazine. Maybe not the best method.
I’ll treat each one separate from today forward.
Consider deworming your flock regularly from now on. At least twice a year.

Don't give antibiotics will nilly in the future.

Just some info.
When you see birds poop out worms like this they are infested and there is no more room inside thier body for the worms to live.
Make sure you treat all of your birds. Get something to dose them all straight to the beak with, like Safeguard. Adding stuff to water you will not know if each bird drank enough for it to even work.

Try to get her to drink then offer food.mix a scrambled egg into a tiny bit of feed mixed with water...think oatmeal consistency.

Since her eyes are red and watery, and she has been having problems gasping, I would continue the Tylan for a course of 3 to 5 days. Although worms are a big part of her illness, I would continue antibiotics since you started them. Tylan 50 can be given 0.2 ml per pound 3 times a day, or 0.3 ml per pound twice a day, and I would give it orally, since injectable can damage muscle tissue. I hope you can help her. I have wormed as many as 80 birds, and it is a chore. Your sick hen may have a problem where she is more prone to getting sick, and not able to handle a worm load.

Gotcha.
But She does have a clear liquid in her nostril eyes red and watery and gaping to breath.
Neighbors has and had a few chickens with the bubbles coming from there eyes and terrible smell
Some had a thick white puss build up in there eyes which swole up super huge.
I since then keep my girls in the coop do u think she may have two issues?
I cleaned her nose and it’s wet again
She also looks like maybe drooling a tiny bit
I am giving her lil balls of mash feed and hard boiled egg.
Maybe I can send a video
Or do you think she’s like this from the worms only.
She does not seem to have an odor

Thank you I’ll give the two doses a day I think she’s sick also with the worm infestation

That sounds like a good reason to continue. Viruses do not respond to antibiotics suchas Tylan, but foamy eyes and puss in eyes could be mycoplasma (MG) and the foul odor can be from coryza or other secondary diseases. If you would lose this particular hen, I would save and refrigerate her body, and send it off to your state poultry lab for a necropsy and testing. Here is some contact info for state labs and how to send a bird for necropsy:

Oh no...sounds like your neighbor has something like MG in his flock and it is highly likely your birds are getting it now too.
I am so sorry.
Continue the antibiotic.

Are you willing to have some testing done to know what you are dealing with?
If it is MG your birds will be carriers for life and you should probably keep a closed flock, for sure not sell birds.
