Please help....chicken in shock

My dog attacked my chicken on Saturday. My girl doesn't appear to have any physical injuries but I'm very concerned about her. She's not progressing much, and I thought she was better yesterday than today. Her comb is purple on the top and seems to be slumping over. She just sits there. Shell walk a bit but not much. She ate a little cat food, oatmeal, apple mush and walked to get a meal worm I threw yesterday. She was also drinking water. Today, not so much. She is not moving as much and I couldn't get her to eat anything. I saw her fly up on the roost last night but tonight she couldnt even get up to the bottom rung. Ive left her in the coop because i thoguht that the other ladies would keep her company. They dont appear to be picking on her. Any thoughts?? Not sure what else to do for her and Im worried......

Have you checked all over,i'm guessing there is some wound somewhere on her.
