Please help chicken is very sick

I have 9 chickens a rooster two ducks and a turkey. They are barred rocks. One of my hens was found earlier in the corner of the coop very pale in the face and cone and she was all balled up she can't walk and she almost looked like she was having a seizure when I approached twisting her head around and around. I have her in a large basket with a small blanket she seems cold and she's just lying still with her eyes closed Rocking her head a little. She does not look thin or under weight and is not missing feathers. And I don't think she has an egg blockage problem because I can't really feel anything by her vent. Please help I think she will die any minute she won't eat or drink. All my others seem fine.

Update: she's still alive not really improving But I bought her some antibiotics hoping for the best
