Please help chicken pipped

Hi I've recently lost a couple of chicks who were unable to hatch , fully grown so not sure what happend but now I've 1 that has external pipped some time last night... there has been no noise or movement all day , at what stage do I assist? I dont want to loose this last little one x

Then you want to go slow- after 24 hrs just a bit of shell if it bleeds stop dab with flour.
