Please help Chicken will not eat or drink anything and just sleaps

My one month old broiler hen suddenly stopped eating or drinking. I've tried force feeding her but she keeps falling asleep, this is day two of her acting like this. can someone please tell me what to do?
 
How are her droppings looking, any yellow liquid or blood? Is she puffed up? Coccidiosis can be common at this age, and Corid is what most use OTC. Dosage is 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Broiler chickens may also suffer heart problems. Is her comb pink?

Her droppings was white and her comp was a pale pink color but she passed away not long ago i think it was the heat we had a heat wave for three days they did have shade but I think the heat was to much for her.
