please help! chickens toe about to fall off!

hey guys. i have my lovely alfredo girl and when i first got her her feet were pretty bad. they were doing pretty good until today when i checked on them, her toe is literally about to fall off. what should i do? i’m pretty sure it is from frostbite. it gets pretty cold here in MI. thanks! here are some pictures of just now.

sorta, but not really. she can walk but is not putting any pressure on it. it’s the very back toe. i put some aquafor on it

Ouch! That looks like it is about to fall off! Maybe best to cut and treat with Stockholm tar or potassium of permanganate or leave and treat with either and let it naturally drop off? There are more experienced keepers here who will have better advice definitely

If she were mine I would cut it off, clean it really well and put a wrap on her foot.

oh boy... is there any certain way i should do it? just do that then just put her back outside? will it hurt her?

I would leave it alone, it looks like it got frost bit, my hen's feet fell off due to frist bite.
