Please help!!! Chicks skull is showing!

Keep the wound clean, keep the baby separated & inside for monitoring, triple antibiotic and general supportive care; chickie should be fine. I have had a naked neck hen recover from a worse skull exposure injury (due to a hawk).
Good luck!

on top of all the other suggestions you can get wound glue to close the sides of the wound together over the bone. Superglue also works. You have to ensure it is not bleeding and the wound edges are living skin and dry. apply a little line of glue and pinch together and hold, ensuring you don't stick your fingers to the wound.
I would not glue anything. You risk sealing in dirt/bacteria. Cleaning the wound and applying triple antibiotic ointment should be sufficient, with daily care and keeping the wound clean, that should heal o.k.

I don't think there was any sharp objects. There is a hen that pecks some of the babies. She is in the incabator and has neasporn on her head.

I would do as Wyorp Rock suggested. Brooder, not incubator. Figure out a way to separate the broodies and their chicks into separate spaces, divide with temporary wire or fences. Some broodies can be pretty brutal in staking out their territory with their chicks and will attack those that get too close. Giving them their own space until the chicks are big enough to fend for themselves, and get out of the way, is the best way to prevent this.

Ok thanks. I don't have any more places to put my broodies. They get alog other than she didn't lik this chick. My mom won't let me have brooder in the house right now.

Sounds like a good idea but i wouldn’t suggest super glue. just let it heal naturally and keep the chick by itself
