Red blotches signal a dead embryo
You cannot put it under your protection. It is illegal to touch it.ut was on the floor about 10 feet below the nest. I didn't move it or steal it. I put it under my protection. i want to make sure its fertile
oh ;-;You cannot put it under your protection. It is illegal to touch it.
Sigh. I hate these kinda things.oh ;-;
but the thing is, i just wanna make sure it's good, ya know? Birds will push out unfertile eggs from the nest, and to put it back would be weird i guess. Plus, is it true the red splotch means death? I mean if it's fertile and healthy i'll totally put it back bc i do nOT have time for that
whatSigh. I hate these kinda things.
i forgot to update it- i put it backIf it is a wild egg-chick-bird, you do /not/ handle it. It is illegal in the U.S. apart from invasive species. Put it back, it doesn't matter if it's dead or not.
also random question if i knew it wasnt fertile, just an intact egg, can i just keep itIf it is a wild egg-chick-bird, you do /not/ handle it. It is illegal in the U.S. apart from invasive species. Put it back, it doesn't matter if it's dead or not.
